The location of the building in the center of Nazareth allows use of all available resources in the village as trade and leisure, and a privileged orientation to the south, giving it light interior and good thermal conditions.

 

The villa particular owned the living / dining room, kitchen, toilets, parking at the ground floor, stairs to the first floor, where they will run a stairlift. On the first floor, two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, a large terrace, and a glazed multipurpose room south with glass brick wall to the west, in order to lighten as far as possible housing even in cold seasons, and moreover one of the characteristics of the dwelling, have many glass walls, so take advantage of the light and heat, without being excessive, with simultaneous concern for the privacy guard in the room.

All rooms are oriented so that have south orientation, and the rooms have a view of the houses, with a shared balcony to the two bedrooms. The corresponding elevations are characterized by orthogonal glass and volumetric cloths.

The organization of housing space was designed so that the central staircase separates all functions of housing, but at the same time allow a movement of fluidity, especially between the terrace on the first floor, the kitchen, the living / dining and private outdoor space.
