Design a building, built in the historic center and next to a monument, World Heritage, is considered by many... difficult task, in this work I tried to overcome these difficulties, making up a project of a Cultural Centre and Art Residency, with the above framework, and aiming to contribute to a municipal policy for revitalize the historic center.
