The main purpose of this study was to achieve a "House of the Future" today, a fully self-sufficient house and and energetically efficient. The best suited to the objectives of this work is "sustainable" in that it seeks to act in the present in order to not compromise future generations. A short term with a huge significance.

An ever-present concern in the study was that, in addition to all the constructive and architectural solutions studied, of all facilities and systems, more or less technology, that may currently exist, they may not be imposed on other parameters present in architectural creation .
